The Community of Belturbet, along with family and friends, joined with The Sisters of Mercy to celebrate a Mass of Thanksgiving, on Sunday 23rd September at 3pm in The Church of The Immaculate Conception, Belturbet to celebrate the 150th Anniversary of the arrival of the Sisters of Mercy to Belturbet in August 1868 at the request and invitation of Fr. James Dunne, PP Annagh.
