Cavan General Hospital Remembrance Mass –

November’s Month of the Holy Souls is a time to remember and pray for those no longer with us. It is always a deeply important time of year, but especially this year when so many people, both in Ireland and around the world, have fallen victim to the dreadful Covid-19 virus.

This November, the Chaplaincy Department of Cavan General Hospital are holding a Remembrance Mass, for those who passed away in the hospital during the past year and also for departed relatives and friends of Staff.

Usually, we are honoured to invite relatives to join us in person: but this year, like so much else in our lives, our Mass must take on a different format.

It will be held in the Cathedral of Saints’ Patrick & Felim, Cavan at 10:00a.m. on Monday 30th November 2020.  Although we can’t ask you to join us in the Cathedral, you can watch online at https://www.churchservices.tv/cavancathedral   and light a candle at that time in remembrance of your loved one.
