Grandparents, families and parish communities are warmly invited to the National Grandparents Pilgrimage at Knock Shrine on Sunday, 26th July 2026.
This year’s pilgrimage marks two special milestones:
- The 25th National Grandparents Pilgrimage
- The Golden Jubilee of Knock Basilica
The pilgrimage also celebrates the 6th World Day for Grandparents and the Elderly.
Pope Leo XIV’s theme for this year’s World Day is: “I will never forget you.”
Join us as we give thanks for the invaluable role grandparents play in passing on the faith, preserving family traditions, and keeping prayer at the heart of family life.
