As we continue to prepare for the renewal of our Parish Pastoral Councils throughout the Diocese of Kilmore this Autumn, we continue our weekly series exploring the role, purpose and importance of the council in the life of our parishes.

SHARED RESPONSIBILITY:

The Parish Pastoral Council works in collaboration with the parish priest and supports a spirit of shared responsibility. It recognises that the life of the parish is not carried by one person alone, but by the whole community. By working together, the council helps create a sense of belonging and shared mission within the parish.
