Monsignor Liam Kelly, Diocesan Administrator, has issued further diocesan guidelines regarding funerals in the Diocese of Kilmore:
Masses are still available for people who die from other causes not related to the COVID-19 virus.
These Masses may take place on the condition that only a very small number of the immediate family are present and, according to a government directive issued today (Tuesday 31 March 2020), there must be no more than ten people present in the church and they must at all times keep the required distance apart.
