St. Patrick’s Church was built in 1882. It was renovated and extended in 1973 under the direction of Mgr. Patrick Gaffney PP. The Architects for the renovation were Gaffney & Cullivan, Cavan. The contractor was John Halton, Kilnaleck.
Feature: In the porch is a statue of St. Joseph, the Worker, hewn from bog oak by Mr Joey Burns, Oldcastle. It was commissioned by Mr Tom Gray, ex NT, in memory of his father Tom and family.
